Welcome to the Sussex Partnership Covid-19 Portal.

This is where you will be able to record your lateral flow test results and log your Covid-19 and Flu vaccinations.

To access the portal, you will need to register an account and consent to the national programmes.

If you have tested positive for Covid-19 you will not be able to submit a lateral flow test result for 90 days following the submission of a positive result.

Order Lateral Flow Test Kits Order LFT Test Kits

There have been national changes to how you access lateral flow testing kits and the type of kit you will receive. You will now need to order them directly from the government website. You can do this either online at https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests or by calling 119 between the hours of 7am and 11pm.

1. Staff member receives Lateral Flow Testing (LFT) Kit (12 week supply)

Community Staff and Support Services will receive their kit by post to their home address

Inpatient, CRHT and priority staff will receive their kit at their operational location

5. Staff member receives PCR test result

Negative test result: staff member can return to work as long as they feel well and have not had a fever for 48hrs. They must speak with their line manager before returning to work. LFT can resume immediately . Contact COVID-19StaffTesting@sussexpartnership.nhs.uk to request your account be unlocked.

Positive test result: staff member must isolate for 10 days and engage with the 'Test and Trace' programme. They must contact Occupational Health and inform them of their result and seek further guidance

6. Staff member completes 10 day isolation period

Following a positive PCR test, you cannot participate in the LFT process for 90 days

First, see the test history section above this FAQ. This will show you all of your submitted test results. If the test in question is not in the list, please contact COVID-19StaffTesting@sussexpartnership.nhs.uk.

You should be completing a lateral flow test once every 3 to 4 days subject to your work pattern (maximum of 2 tests in a 7 day window). This is applicable to all staff.

If you have logged a positive test, you must self-isolate, even if you have no symptoms, inform your line manager and immediately book a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test. You will need to email sxccg.covidtestingreferrals@nhs.net with the following information.

  • Name of Trust
  • Asymptomatic – SPFT Lateral Flow positive test  
  • Full Name
  • Date of birth
  • NHS number (if known)
  • Able to complete swab (Y/N) – if no, reason?
  • Email (Work)
  • Vehicle (Y/N)
  • Contact number
  • Ethnicity

If your PCR test returns as positive also, you will need to continue to self-isolate for 10 days following the date of the test result. Please engage with the "test and trace" programme as required. If your PCR returns as negative you may return to work as long as you are feeling well.

If your PCR test is positive you will not be required to take another lateral flow test for 90 days.

To register you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a valid Sussex Partnership email address
  • Your email address must be on our approved list of staff
  • Enter a username without any special characters (e.g. ()'/*#;%&)
  • Enter a password that is at least 6 characters in length
